- Strictly no parties, events, stag parties, or hen parties.
- Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless agreed in advance.

- Unfortunately, pets are not permitted unless agreed prior to booking.
- Please ensure the parking permit is left on the kitchen counter before checkout. Lost permits incur a £150 replacement charge.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless agreed otherwise in advance.
- Please ensure windows and doors are locked whenever leaving the property.
- Please avoid leaving wet towels, sandy items, or work equipment on furniture or beds.

On Foot The property is right in the heart of Weymouth, so for most of your stay you won't need transport at all. The beach, Nothe Fort, Hope Square, Custom House Quay and the town centre shops are all an easy stroll away.
By Bus The main bus stops are at Kings Statue, just a few minutes' walk away. The X52/X53 Jurassic Coaster service runs along the stunning coast to Abbotsbury, Bridport and beyond — a brilliant way to explore without a car.
